Synopsis:

Senior Citizen Mediclaim Policy covers any senior citizen resident in India aged between 60 and 80 yrs for Hospitalization expenses incurred for the treatment of illness/injury.

Highlight:

 
  • Pre-existing diseases are covered after 18 months of continuous insurance.
  • Pre-Acceptance Health Check up required for the Age group of 60 years and above.
  • Tax rebate available as per provision of Income Tax Rules under section 80-D
  • Get voluntary excess of 10% which is subjected to Rs. 10,000.
  • Ayush expenses incurred for homeopathic/Ayurvedic/unani are available up to 25% of the sum insured.
  • Can be renewed till the age of 90 Years.
